The peeling process

The peeling process removes the outer layer to reveal the inner seed.

Dry sesame peeling process 

The peeling process begins by dropping the sesame into the peeler, and a small amount of water(8%-12%) is sprayed to moisten the sesame shell Then the shell is removed by rubbing the sesame together inside the peeler, stirring, and rotation g at a certain speed.

Then the sesame comes out with the husks from the peeler and goes to the next stage, which is separating the husks through the air, Then the dry husks are collected in a husk container and the white sesame comes out, peeled, and without the husk.
